Last night while playing about with my phone I hit the e-sim button on my new phone and now my normal SIM card will not work at all in either phones.

Replacement sim lost phone

Hi can anyone please please help until now I believed my sim that got stolen was lost forever but I just been told I can get my number back even though I can't access my old email as all details was on phone can anyone please advise many thanks
