eSim failed to activate

I downloaded the QR code thru EE app on separate device, scanned the QR code on the Apple device, I was adding the eSim to. Followed the prompts, final stage stayed at "activating" and the numbers was listed as all "00000000"'s after about 10 minutes...

Transfer from BT - Number not ported

We have been transferred to EE from BT. The new sim arrived on Saturday yet the BT phone number has not been ported over yet and it is now Monday and we need the old BT number. When will the number be ported over?
