How do I contact EE, if my Sim is not working to report it?

My Sim card has suddenly stopped working and my phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) says "Sim not provisioned".

I have tried removing the sim and replacing it, turned on and off flight mode, rebooted phone, ran the Samsung Sim diagnostics (shows as normal), but can only make Emergency calls.

Obviously unable to contact EE to report this. I believe they don't have an email support address either.

Trying to find a Chat feature on the website too.

I will have to try another phone, but in the meantime is there a way of contacting them online to report this and speak with someone? I guess I can request a replacement sim through My EE, but I would firstly like to talk about this with them first, in case this can be resolved another way.

Thanks all........

@Technik21  A sim not provisioned means that your Sim card is not been detected by the network and probably needs to be replaced as it’s faulty.

You can not request a replacement sim through my EE as you’ll be sent a text to confirm that request.   You’ll receive that text.

You can call customer service from a different phone to request a replacement sim.  But the quickest way to get a replacement is to go to an EE store and make this request there.  You need photo ID with you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

  • Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. from another phone.
  • If you are on contract just click https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.

Many thanks @XRaySpeX , @Chris_B . I eventually found another phone and made contact to the freephone number.

Yes, it was a faulty sim card, so a quick trip to the local EE store got me a replacement sim.

Up and running now. 😊

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
