Sim card

Last night while playing about with my phone I hit the e-sim button on my new phone and now my normal SIM card will not work at all in either phones.

Welcome to the community.

Sounds like you may have swapped from the physical SIM to an eSIM, deactivating the old one in the process. If you would like to go back to a physical SIM, you will need to order a replacement. If you live near an EE shop, they should be able to give you a replacement there and then.
