Just joined EE and they haven’t transferred my old number

I bought a new phone/sim contract in shop and transferred my old number with my PAC code. However, after waiting a couple of days it did not transfer. I managed to call and they said my old number is now active on my account, but this is not the case...

Resolved! Changing network provider on old device

Have inputted a Free SIM card (French network) in my old device. It’s telling me the SIM card is not supported, and that the current network provider (EE) needs to unlock the device. Please could someone help?

I found the 2FA messages were going to the "native" phone no for the SIM despite using PAC code to retain my old number from a different network. Had to add native no to Google Authenticator and change SMS no in website concerned. Now working fine. B...

Resolved! O2 to EE ISSUES

I moved from o2 to ee. Old phone stopped on Tuesday. New phone still not working 3 days later. Visited shop not a lot of help. 2 hrs online to tech no help. Now cannot get to online tech and no phone calls can be made so I can’t phone EE.
