I have selected to Keep My Old Number during the switch. I have inserted the EE sim card and i am not able to receive call when someone called my old number. How long will the old number (from the supplier) to be transferred to my new EE sim card?

Have you provided EE with your PAC code to transfer your number to the network?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team so they can check your port has completed successfully.
You can do this by calling 150 from your EE SIM.

Yes, i received the new sim on tuesday. There is a new number on the package. My order confirmation showed that i have selected to keep the old number and saying the old number will be transferred within 24 hours.

yeah, the point is how long, as it says that will be transferred within 24 hours.
