I have the same issue.

My partner is on a EE buisness account and his phone is working properly. Currently on hold with customer services, they answered at 30 mins, said nothing then hung up.

Currently on the phone with customer services, this is an EE system error and my account has been suspended and a new sim has indeed been sent out even though there are no orders on the system. The operator is saying the only way to resolve this is to go into a store.

This is getting silly now as I have had multiple issues with EE and my account over the last few months😠
