Sim order

Hi, ordered a sim  on contract and ive received an order confirmation saying successful order and I'll get an sms once my order has been dispatched. Does it mean that it's gone through 100%?

Resolved! No sim

My phone is sometimes getting no sim and since from yesterday I didn’t get any signal it was still no sim.asap i need help.
