I want to replace my current contract SIM with my PAYG number - They are both EE but I prefer the PAYG number. Will I have to cancel the contract SIM and then change the PAYG sim to contract or can they simply be swapped and kept on the same contract...

I just upgraded from iPhone 12 to 13 and on an e-sim. I haven’t received a QR code and cannot set up mobile service. The EE app is currently down too so I am unable to do it through the app. any suggestions??thank you!
