Changing from EE to Tesco Mobile

Hi, I've managed to block the code after multiple times of trying to put in the unlock code using the 1st 8 numbers then last 8 numbers. What do I do now?

Resolved! replacement sim

received a replacement sim but it is not clear as to how i activate it in my phone. my old sim does not work at all so i cannot receive texts etc. How do i activate  my new one?

Resolved! failed to transfer the old number to EE

I'm filling the pick form to transfer my old number to EE, but the system keep saying that the PAC is not correct. I get it from the old provider and is valid until 19/09/2023. What should I do in dealing with this situation?
