Hi,
After reporting my previous phone as lost/stolen, i ordered myself a new sim card.
Came in one day was very happy with how fast it arrived however the problem started when i tried to activate it.
I've spoken to two team members who have told me it should activate in the next 12 hours but it has been two days now and phone with new sim in it is still coming up with no service.
Have tried everything my end to help this alon, phone accepts all sims is unlocked, have put in correct pin and serial number all that jazz, have restarted it multiple times. It is nothing on my end and I know it must be the ee side of it that I'm waiting on.
I can't call in because i have no phone and partner is at work. How can i get this issue resolved as there must be a reason my card has not activated yet.

Hi @Jadey88,
Could you confirm that you are not currently abroad, as SIMs only activate in the UK.
What happens if you text NUMBER to 150?
Could you possibly try putting the SIM into another device to activate it? You can also try resetting your network settings on your device.
