  1. Upgraded my phone sim still not working 10 hours later I have two children and no phone !!

@Cghx  Have you tried putting your old sim in the device? 

Yes it won’t work as it’s being transferred to my new sim! I’m stressed

@Cghx  have you tried restarting your new device with your new Sim card in it?   The migration of your number to the new sim can take up to 24h but it’s usually 4-5 hours.   The restart of the device will refresh the line so forcing the sim to activate. 

I have tried all of that
