EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
I had a sim only contract with EE ending in Sept. I was trying to find out
how I could change provider and keep number. EE rang and offered me a new
contract to stay. It appears to have started today and is more than they
said. I could cancel but as they seem to have cancelled my previous
contract I don't know if I can keep my number if I do.

@Confused781   You just need to call customer services and tell them you don’t want this new contract you’ll be put back on your old contract and you’ll retain your number.

Iv just ordered new contract phone which I  no  longer need how do I cancel order
