Plusnet transfer

I transferred from Plusnet yesterday but Ee doesn’t recognise my Plusnet number and also states I’m not the account holder. How long does transfer actually take?

Did you provide the PAC when you completed the move to EE? 

Is your My EE account showing you are not the account holder?
