Hi All.
I somehow managed to get myself in a right mess! My signal stopped working on my phone and I managed to delete my ESIM from the phone. I followed the process of putting the Esim back on. Then when I go to activate it I never receive a text message? It’s a IPhone 14 Mac Pro. My physical SIM card from my old phone does not work either. Suggestions?

If the eSIM has been removed you won't be able to activate the eSIM again, you would need to get in touch with our mobile care team on +44 7953966250 from any phone or calling app, and they can help you with a replacement SIM. Or, you can visit an EE Store with photo ID and they can help you get set up 🙂
