e-siM - ACTIVATED no signal now

Hello,  I activated my E-Sim this morning, have now lost all connection to the internet and cannot make calls. I cannot even phone 150. Please help. I need to sort access to my mobile network!

Did you change over from a physical SIM to an eSIM or is it a brand new eSIM?
