This evening I received my new phone (upgrade from earlier Pixel to Pixel 10) and new eSIM as QR code in pack. Phone set up went fine and everything copied over ok. I went into Settings to scan new QR code, which seemed to be accepted. I then activated new eSIM on account and it confirmed activation was successful. However, now on my new device I have two SIMs showing so I'm assuming one is the old one transferred over from old device and one is the new one? I can't tell which is the new one as none of them seem to show the Serial Number in the settings. Both SIMs show as emergency calls only.
I can't see an option to help this on eSIM support page, messaging chat bot tells me I need to call, but lines are closed now. Is this a known issue and is there a self service fix?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @TheatreGirl,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding what is happening with your eSIM, especially when you would've been wanting the setup of your new phone to go smoothly.
I'd recommend reaching out to the team this morning, so they can check which eSIM is showing as active on your account.
