Missold sim plan

I was recently advised in store that if I took out a full works plan that comes with Apple One that i can then also select 3 additional add ons. Ones they mentioned explicitly was Netflix and Xbox Game pass however since taking this plan on none of this seems to be available to me. Have I been missold? 🙂

Which SIM Plan do you have? 

If you text PICK to 150, what options show in the reply?

@Oasismad   The all rounder sim only doesn’t include Apple one.   That’s only available if you take out a full device contract.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Looks like you're on one of our Full Works Plans, so you don't need to select your Inclusive Extra as they're all included.

Yet if I try to add Xbox game pass it says I need to pay £10 a month.
