Roaming in turkey

I just taken out two the full works plan from ee

i have told before that turkey is covered in my package as a roam free Country is this true ??

if soo i just see it any where on the site can some please clear this up for me

just spoken to an operator again and he text me back saying it cover as i have ROW package on my deal but when i text 150 tells my other wise

that i need to purchase day pass’s or weekly pass’s 

any help regarding this is much appreciated

If your plan is a Full Works plan taken on or after 29th August 2024 it will include both EU and ROW Zone 1 Roaming free-of-charge.

This can be checked by the presence of the addons "Roam in EU" and "Roam Further Pass".

The Roaming Tool has been acting oddly recently in that it does not seem to recognise which plans have Inclusive roaming, but if the information in this reply applies then you shouldn't have to worry.

It can be further checked if you have had a bill generated since taking this plan, as if you go to download your bill as a PDF and look at the "Within Allowance Summary" for each Full Works plan the available allowance will show in this summary.

Example shown below:

Just ensure you activate the ability to connect to foreign networks by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK and ensuring you get a reply to the effect of "Great news, your device is all set to roam in TURKEY". You can disregard any subsequent spiel about Roaming Passes if you're sure its included in your plan after checking the above info.
