@Tiktokshop Have you use that sim in the UK ? It has to be used within the UK first before it’ll work abroad.

I have used in uk before coming to Pakistan. Maybe 10 - 24 hours.

Thanks for confirming that for us @Tiktokshop.
Did you purchase a pack with your credit to make these calls, or did you just make a chargeable call using credit?
Do you happen to know how much credit you have remaining now, too?
Calls from Pakistan to the UK will cost more than normal UK calls, and you can check out your costs here:

I have credit the 5 pound on the way to Pakistan. How do I check remaining balance of sim in Pakistan is there any code for that and I doesn't purchase pack.
What is the final solution does I need to come back to UK to complete registration or there is any other way.

@Tiktokshop The two ways available to check your credit balance are online via the website or app by linking up your number to your EE ID. Or by texting BALANCE to 150 Check my mobile balance | Mobile Help | EE
If you did use the SIM in the UK for a chargeable activity it should have roaming allowed, so it is worth checking your balance to see if that did happen.
If it has not been used for chargeable activity then yes it would require being sent back to the UK to be used for chargeable activity so that it can then be used abroad.

is this app is available on play store. Then I have downloaded it but it doesn't seem to have a BALANCE enquiry area

@Tiktokshop Yes its the EE app in the Play store, or you can also just login to ee.co.uk as well. Once you login you would need to link your EE number to the account via the Link a product button and should then be able to view the current credit balance.
Have you been able to test sending and receiving texts as well and are neither working, or have you just tested the calls?
