I have the same issue. My new sim card arrived yesterday, But if I put in the new sim card no one will be able to contact me as they don't know this new number. I am still using my old Plusnet sim card but, presumably, the new card needs to be insert...

Sim activation

I am switching from Plusnet to EE on a pay monthly account. I have fitted the new sim form EE in my phone and tried over and over again to activate it with no success. it just does not seem to recognise the EE number.
