Moved from Mobile BT to EE

Hi, I switched from BT to EE not by choice but only because it seems that BT no longer offers a new package with mobile phone. Since yesterday my BT line mobile is down and I assumed EE is taking over right away. But today I have no connection so I can't call BT or EE mobile to find out why? Any one can help please ? I also can't find a way to send an email. Thank you so much

@helene605  Do you have a EE sim ?  Is your device unlocked to use that EE sim if you have one.    Is that EE sim activated?     

 Send email to who ?  EE customer services don’t have an email address you can use 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
mmmh. I have changed my sim card to EE few weeks ago, maybe I have to go to an EE shop to have a new one ? Thank you for your help
