I have the same issue.My partner is on a EE buisness account and his phone is working properly. Currently on hold with customer services, they answered at 30 mins, said nothing then hung up.

Not registered on network

I've just swapped over from 3, I was told today my number will switch over to my new sim but its not working.My old sim cut out but the new one doesnt work either

Keep old number during the switch

I have selected to Keep My Old Number during the switch. I have inserted the EE sim card and i am not able to receive call when someone called my old number. How long will the old number (from the supplier) to be transferred to my new EE sim card?

SIM Activation

I'm unable to activate my new SIM as the activation web page expects to have a 6 digit code to be sent to the old SIM, the old SIM is damaged. How do I get past this? 

Sim issues

I’ve just put my new sims in my phone phone my sim is not working I can’t call or receive calls I need a new SIM card
