Transferred from Plusnet a few weeks ago, but still not received sim

Hello

I sent the PAC number and registered with EE, to keep my mobile number. This was a few weeks ago now and I have still not received EE sim card.

Can you please investigate this for me.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum. You should contact EE CS on 0800 0798586 to query this.
