: Vodafone to EE number transfer issue – received a new number instead of keepin

Hello,

I recently switched from Vodafone to EE and requested to keep my existing Vodafone number. However, EE sent me a SIM card with a new phone number instead of transferring my old number.

Could someone please advise what I need to do to get my Vodafone number transferred to my EE SIM? Do I need to provide a PAC code again or contact customer support?

Hi @TasnimSadiq 

Welcome to the community. 

Did you provide your PAC code when you purchased the new phone contract? 

If so, pop your new sim card into the phone with the temporary number and your number will port in from Vodafone.
