I just wanted to leave positive feedback about Antonio from EE Store Lewisham.
He was extremely helpful when I went on Wednesday 17th June 2026.
He explained my SIM didn’t go live and helped me in under 20 minutes get my phone working again; I made calls immediately after, without even leaving the store yet.
My phone has been working since and I’m overjoyed!
He was kind, patient and understanding throughout and reassured me constantly.
