Resolved! Esim issues

Hello. I've noticed that my ESim has been wiped off my phone, my mobile and broadband bills are up to date but I keep getting a message saying my account has been suspended. Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?

Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca

I'm having exactly the same problem. Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca. Got numbers back to EE on 9/6 however still cannot receive OTP from certain site (HMRC being example). Fault raised with EE but seem to be getting no where.

Resolved! Sim card

I have recieved a new sim card and put it in my phone. Did not realise that old sim was needed to activate this. Old sim car dcame out quite quick when taking out and is now lost. How do i activate this
