Old SIM deleted - cant access new esim

Hi there,

I was having issues with my SIM. EE guide went through various trouble shooting, including having me delete my old esim.

I was told that a new esim would be ready to download today, which it is.

However, when I try to access it, a code is being sent via SMS but I can't receive SMS.

I can't access the sim without the code. I'm travelling right now and only have access to anything when I have Wi Fi.  I'm disabled, have seizures and this is a massive safety concern, especially when not at home.

Any suggestions anyone? I've been trying to find a solution but I’m stumped and the helplineis now closed.Thank you.

Thanks for coming here. 

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to access your replacement eSIM whilst travelling. 

Are you outside the UK?

Did the agent advise that a replacement QR code will be sent?
