I've recently renewed my EE broadband contract. My understanding is that that should give me and the rest of my family free unlimited data boosts on our current mobile contracts (or any new ones) but that doesn't seem to be happening. Have I missed something or do I need to do something else to activate that?

Hello,
How do we get this when your back office systems won't link the broadband and mobile account?
I've spent a number of hours on the phone with support to try and get mine to link (they wouldn't through the app). The broadband team couldn't link them backend. In fact the only way I could get access to my broadband account was to set it up against a new EE id.
As a new customer to EE, it has been particularly frustrating trying to get things connected to unlock these benefits. At the moment I don't have the unlimited data I should have when I have both my email and broadband with you.

Hi @Artindoril
I am sorry you're accounts have not been linked and can understand how frustrating this is for you.
I would suggest getting back in touch with our customer care team to get an update on your account issue and see if they can help with the unlimited data.
Let me know how you get on.
Leanne.

Thanks. I've been through to them and they've had to put a merge request through to get it sorted.
The mobile side of the business has been great, but the migration from BT to EE for broadband has been nothing short of a nightmare. S
Looks like I'm without the unlimited data till that's sorted.
