I used to own a memorable phone number, but unfortunately many years ago that sim was lost and the account was deactivated.
The number is not currently in use. If you try to call it, you hear a message: "You've dialled an incorrect number. Please check the number and try again."
I would like to get that number back on a new payg or pay monthly sim. Is there something that you can do to check if the number can be recycled? I'm willing to pay the golden number fee.

@spyglass : Once a no. has been cancelled, you have relinquished it & cannot get it back.
I think EE don't do golden numbers.

Thanks for joining us on Community @spyglass
If you give our Customer Service team a call the team will be happy to check if the number you're interested in is available, please see our Contact-Us page for contact details 🙂
@XRaySpeX Currently we do have the option to request a memorable number which would be chargeable, and speaking to our customer care team they will certainly see what numbers are available.
