Trouble with new PAYG sim linking it to EE account

I am currently waiting for my old new to port onto my new EE sim, hopefully that should happen in the next day or two. I currently can't get any mobile data even though I have 8Gb available and I can't link my new sim to the EE account. Keeps saying there is an error? Any advice please?

I am having the same issue 😕 Got a new EE sim card and am just awaiting my old number to be ported through, Unable to link sim to new EE PAYG account and currently have data, even though i do have 8Gb of data ☹️
