My SIM card says no network, so I ordered a new one but is still saying the same thing. What shall I do ?

Hi,
I tried activating it but it said it will send an activation pin to my old sim to activate the new one. However how can I get messages if my old sim is broken

I recommend speaking to our technical support team, or popping into your nearest EE store so that they can check this and order a SIM for you.

I can’t use my phone to call ee due to my sim being broken so I use someone else’s phone to call them, but due to it all being automated and not a real person it just assumes that the phone im calling is the one that’s broken and doesn’t help me

If you follow the options for technical support, you should get through to someone, @Natasha271. You can then give them your number to bring up your account and complete security.
