I've spent a few hours with EE Support over the phone trying to resolve this. It was supposed to be escalated to level 2 but I never heard back.
When I'm trying to a SIM to my Apple Watch Series 10, i get account error 012.
Basically goes..
- Upgraded my pay monthly plan to include unlimited watch data
- Watch App on iPhone > Mobile Data > Set Up Mobile Data
- Takes me to the EE portal 'this set up will help you buy a personal paired plan for you Apple Watch'
- I select the only plan option and hit Next
- Tick the T&C's box
- Next page 'Oops, it looks like we had some trouble getting some information here' We need to help you complete the set up. Call us on 150 and quote code 012.
Frankly a little bit tired of spending time on the phone with EE with no resolution. Any ideas?
