I've spent a few hours with EE Support over the phone trying to resolve this. It was supposed to be escalated to level 2 but I never heard back.
When I'm trying to a SIM to my Apple Watch Series 10, i get account error 012.
Basically goes..
Frankly a little bit tired of spending time on the phone with EE with no resolution. Any ideas?

Thanks for coming to the community.
With an error code like that, it would be something that is discussed with our tech guides.
If it was passed to level 2, you'd usually get an update within a few days, either by text or a call.
If you've not heard anything yet the best option is to give our tech guides another call so they can check the notes on your account and if there is no update, chase it with level 2.
