Travel pass cant be added

Hi my daughter's number is on my account so i I can normally manage gifting data etc. We are in the US, when we landed we both received a text about adding the travel pass. I added it to my account, when I click on the text she received, it takes me to my account only so I'm unable to add/purchase a travel pass for her phone as it keeps telling me I already have one. I've been able to do one before (but only when she's been abroad without me).

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues adding a roaming add on to your daughter's phone. 

Do you know what plan your daughter is currently on?

Does your daughter have a spend cap active on her account?

Hi yes she has a £20 spend cap. Do i need to increase this

@DannyDog The cap should be fine for roaming as is. Just to clarify you are opening the link on her phone and connection and it is showing her number already had one? As the link should take you to a page specific for the number its opened on.

When you open http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ on your daughters phone, what can you see?
