i just lost my phone now i need to block my sim and send last data sim usage

This is something our team will absolutely be able to sort for you, so if you have access to another phone like a landline or friend / family member's phone, you can call on 07953 966 150.
Alternatively you can visit one of our retail stores for a free on the day SIM replacement, and they can help connect you to our team for the proof of usage request, too.
You would just need a valid passport or UK driving licence to pass account security.
