Replacement Sim card is only allowing emergency calls

Hi,

My phone was stolen so I ordered a replacement SIM. It has arrived. On adding it to an old handset it is only allowing emergency calls. This is the only method I have to contact EE as your live chat function from my logged in account is not working and the SIM will not allow calls to 150 nor am I able to make wi-fi calls for some reason.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Could you try the live chat from another device or browser please? It seems to be working for me.
