Hi.
I committed to a 12m sim only contract yesterday keeping the same number and remaining with EE. I also requested a replacement sim, as mine is over 4 years old and temperamental. The contract papers clearly show my original number retained.
As of 11.30pm last night, I can only make emergency calls. I see a message saying Sim card not provisioned.
I can't use wifi calling, only Whatsapp. I can't call EE either from my phone and don't have a landline.
Anyone familiar with this issue and why its happened? Really need to have mobile phone access for Doctors and school to get in touch.

Order for the replacement sim was placed over the phone as I was wanting to discuss my sim upgrade options.
Rang up EE this morning using my neighbours' phone, and eventually found out Operations had sent out an 'active' sim. Just waiting for it to arrive. Fingers crossed today. I was told to go to an EE shop but trying to get away from my desk for a 90min roundtrip is proving difficult during working hours.
