I’ve recently joined EE and my reception works for 5min then says no sim… can anyone help!?

@Boeing737 If your device says no sim then the device isn’t reading the sim. It’s a faulty Sim or your device sim reader is faulty. Best to start with a replacement SIM card. You can request this via customer services or you cancel to a EE store with in date photo ID.

Make sure the sim is sat correctly in the SIM tray.

If you have a dual-SIM phone, try the SIM in the alternate slot to ensure that's not the issue.
