Just switching from BT mobile to EE; tried putting in PAC code issued by BT - entered manually, checking zeros - and tried copying and it’s not recognising it - help?

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can try entering it manually into our system.

Many thanks - did a live chat and all sorted - apparently PAC code had already been processed automatically- phone working fine thank you
