No service

Hi,I moved my sim to an old iphone while my new one is being repaired, it works with Wi-Fi but I can’t get any service from EE

Delay in porting

Please help.  There is a delay in porting my number from 02 to EE.  Have spoken to several customer advisers and each tells me something different .Told Monday it would be immediate when new sim  inserted by 3 different people   promised it would be ...

SIM card

My phone is constantly displaying a message saying No SIM card - no service. I'm due an upgrade but don't want one. I need a new SIM card 

Resolved! No sim available

My phone keeps saying no sim available, I have tried turning on and off, taking sim out and putting back in, putting in airplane mode all these have worked at some point but this is happening at least 3or 4 times a day I don’t know why else to do
