Hello
Please I want an EE staff to help me check the update on my line.
I bought a new EE sim and wanted to port from my old line (Tesco Mobile) to EE. I've been on this since first week of this month, but up till now, the porting is yet to be completed despite submitting my SPAC code.
My EE line is xxxxxxxxxxxx
Any EE staff should please help with the update.

@Triple_A no one on here has account access, you should give the care team a call.
But what is a SPAC code - or did you mean a PAC, if so when and how did you submit it?
