Cant link my new number to account

I dont what to do. I bought new sim card and I cant activate it. There is an issue on website and I get notification that number cant be linked to account. I called 150 but I have issue with understanding what someone says to me... I prefer texting. Any idea how to solve problem? Is there any option to text EE to activate sim?

The SIM card should be activated for you, are you having problems using the SIM? 

Have you added credit and purchased a pack?
