Can’t receive calls or texts after porting

Hi all

I ported from 02 and my old sim stopped working about 48 hours ago. My new iPhone 14 shows my correct number in settings and shows the correct number when I call people but I can’t receive calls or text messages. 

I’ve restarted the phone a number of times and still no progress. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I might do about this?

If it still isn't working this morning, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our side for you.

I have spoken with the team and they are saying it’s with O2 and O2 are saying they’ve sent everything and it’s with EE. It’s incredibly frustrating as I can’t do thinks like my mobile banking, Apple Pay or NHS app as they all require me to receive a text passcode that I can’t get. 
What is most frustrating is that no-one seems to take responsibility for the problem and customer service offer to call me back despite me telling them I can’t receive calls.

Yes they did. I can now receive calls but who I receive texts from still seems very haphazard. Hopefully this will clear up in a day or so.
