Top-up not credited to my ee account

I top-up 10£ to my sim account using my debit card but not credited and the balance is still 0 and the worst is when i check my debit card accnt. they charge me two times (20£).. what can i do

I top up £15 and they charged me 2 times and i have £0 balance???how it’s work??EE Toke The money from my bank account 

EE Packs

I was in Pack15 before I switched to Pack10. I have £10 in my balance but can’t activate Pack10. Been sending Pack10 to 150 but still doesn’t give me the data. The balance still remain in my account and can’t get online

I bought a new EE sim today which advertised 75GB for £15 a month for 6 months but as I’ve set the new sim up the promotional offer seems to have finished at the end of January. I bought the sim for the promotional offer and now will have to pay £20 ...

It’s my account suspended ?

Please can someone help me . I think my SIM card it’s deactivated. Can I do something to reactivate it? I top up some credit but I can’t active it !
