Not letting me log in to buy an allowance payg

So im on payg and I bought £10 worth of credit and I wanna use this to get the £10 package bundle but it’s not letting me log in does it auto go to my payg account or is it js glitching right now

Welcome to the community.

Have you had the £10 pack previously? If you have, it would normally started again once the credit is there and the previous pack has ended.

If you text AL to 150, what does the message that you get back say?
