Can Customer Services get anything right?

Bought a £20 PAYG SIM with 50GB/30 days pack with promo so get 150GB for first 3 months. Well it’s been 2 days and it’s still not active. All calls and SMS fail except for 150 & 249. Spoke to someone yesterday but systems were down so went  a link for callback and there were no slots for 7 days as they were closed (Friday 2:30pm). Absolutely useless!!!

Called again today and was told it was activated but MyEE displays no allowance and no credit. What is going on with EE?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Unfortunately not. I’ve paid £20 to activate the Sim. Not sure where the first £20 went though.

The £20 you've paid would have been used to purchase the £20 Subscription Pack as seen HERE.

In response to @Northerner's questions, do you mean you are not in the UK currently?

If you are outside of the UK, did you use the EE SIM in the UK prior?
