Missing data allowance PAYG weekly

I have a PAYG weekly contract that I have had for some years now I have a data allowance built up with boosts that is 2.3gb per week recently three weeks ag this changed and my dashboard now show only 1.4 gb I have waited until it has renewed to see if this is just an anomaly but my data still shows 1.4 can anyone help

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

This is not the solution to my problem it’s just a question isn’t it, anyway my answer to your question is yes I have texted AL to 150 all that does is prompt a reply with my balance minutes text number available and my data allowance remaining which is 900mb short of what it should be and different to the data available showing on my dashboard. EE can’t even agree the values it thinks I should have that doesn’t bode well for a solution, I have a question for you - are you a real person and if yes are you employed by EE

I can confirm that @XRaySpeX is a real person, and a very helpful Community Star. The question was to try and get a bit more information from you, to try and help.
I recommend speaking with our Customer Care team on 150, so they can have a look at your account. They should be able to check your allowances and make sure they're showing correctly for you.
