Hope someone can help. I lost my other (memorable) EE Pay As You Go SIM then found it but it hasn't been used for about 6-7 months and has been deactivated.
I've been trying to get help with this from EE without success. I've been unable to call them, there's no web chat, their EE Twitter contact says to contact them through the app, but that option isn't available on the Help screen.
I then sent them a letter asking for the number to be reactivated only to get a message to call them. I tried to get a PAC code to save the number from being deleted but it won't let me send any messages (there's almost £10 credit still showing on the number).
So every attempt has been a dead end. There's no EE shop locally, so I don't know what to do now.
Thanks for any help.

@webplus555 Did you actually call them when you got a message from your letter to call them ? At no point have you said you have called.

I've been unable to call and none of the alternate options are available or work. This happened once before a few years ago and it was resolved using web chat.

Hi @webplus555
Thanks for coming to our community.
I'm sorry you are having trouble getting in touch. If you don't have another phone to call from, you can pop into an EE store and they can help get you in touch with the team.
