I’m trying to buy and roll over my data using the credits on my sim but I’m not allowed and it’s insisting I use my card details. What can I do ?

Is it a monthly pack you are trying to purchase? Is it via your online account as make sure you are not selecting to subscribe and save as that is only available as a card payment.
You can also use the text service to purchase a pack such as texting PACK10 to 150 to purchase the £10 pack, you can find the full list of text codes on our page here Get Help by Texting 150 on pay as you go? | Mobile Help | EE
