Hi,
I topped up using PayPal to pay my datapack. PayPal said they sent the money to EE PIN but when I call 150 to check my balance they said I have £0.
Can someone help me.

Welcome to the EE Community
Has the payment not went towards buying the pack automatically, as if you had a pending pack waiting activation, it may have automatically bought the pack when you topped up and so your credit balance would report as £0.
Was it the automated system to spoke to when calling us on 150 or one of our guides?
